Proxomitron Universal Web Filter
Proxomitron is an excellent web filtering proxy for web browsers operating under MicroSoft Windows.
It will not run with hardware other than x86 platforms. However, you can set up a computer, running just Proxomitron (and perhaps a firewall) to act as a filtering proxy for other machines. This tools also can be used for Cyber Phreaking to bypass the request header and replace the header with something value to bypasss the filter...
